Delete Your Mama Bot Account & Data
You can permanently delete your Mama Bot account and all data associated with it at any time, directly in the app. You don't need to contact us, and you don't need to give a reason.
Delete from within the app
- Open Mama Bot and go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll down to the Account section and tap "Delete account".
- Confirm by tapping "Delete forever".
Deletion is immediate and permanent. This removes:
- Your account and sign-in credentials
- Your profile and personalized plan
- All logged meals, saved meals, recipes, and pantry ingredients
- Your weight history and achievements
- Any meal photos stored on our servers (these auto-delete after 7 days regardless)
- Your progress photos — these are stored only on your phone, never on our servers, and are erased from your device as part of deletion
Deleted data cannot be recovered.
If you can no longer access the app
If you've uninstalled the app or can't sign in, email us at developer@bar-all.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm and complete the deletion.
A note on subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — Apple manages billing. Cancel first in your device's Settings → your name → Subscriptions, then delete your account.
What we may retain
Anonymous crash and error diagnostics (tied to a random identifier, not your name or email) may persist for up to 90 days before being purged automatically. We retain nothing that identifies you after deletion.
