Delete Your Mama Bot Account & Data

You can permanently delete your Mama Bot account and all data associated with it at any time, directly in the app. You don't need to contact us, and you don't need to give a reason.

Delete from within the app

1. Open Mama Bot and go to the Profile tab.
2. Scroll down to the Account section and tap "Delete Account".
3. Confirm by tapping "Delete Forever".

If the app is asking you to accept our Terms and you'd rather not, you can tap "Delete My Account" on that screen instead, then confirm with "Delete Forever".

Deletion is immediate and permanent. This removes:

• Your account and sign-in credentials
• Your profile, display name, profile photo, and personalized plan
• All logged meals, saved meals, recipes, and pantry ingredients
• Your weight history, workouts, and achievements
• Your Journal posts, reactions, friends, and coach connection
• Your MamaBot chat history
• People you've blocked, and any blocks other people placed on you
• Reports you've made about posts, people or MamaBot answers, including the copies kept with them
• Reports other people made about you or your Journal posts
• The record of your agreement to our Terms of Use
• All meal photos stored on our servers, including the copies saved with your Journal posts (the copy saved with each logged meal auto-deletes after 7 days anyway)
• Your progress photos — these are stored only on your phone, never on our servers, and are erased from the phone you delete your account on

Deleted data cannot be recovered.

If you can no longer access the app

If you've uninstalled the app or can't sign in, email us at developer@bar-all.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm and complete the deletion.

Progress photos live only on your phone, so we can't reach them. Deleting the app from your phone removes them; copies in your phone's own backup follow your backup settings.

A note on subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — Apple or Google manages billing. Cancel first, then delete your account.

• iPhone or iPad (App Store): cancel in your device's Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
• Android (Google Play): cancel in the Google Play Store app → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

What we may retain

A few records may outlast your account:

• Crash and error diagnostics, tied to a random account identifier rather than your name or email, for up to 90 days before they're purged automatically.
• A record of your subscription purchases, kept under that same random identifier by our subscription provider, RevenueCat, plus Apple's or Google's own billing records.
• Server logs and backups, for a limited time under our providers' retention settings.
• If you're a coach, your email address on the coach roster until it's removed — email us to ask.

We can't delete anything you sent outside the app yourself, such as a recipe or invite shared from your phone's share sheet. Our Privacy Policy has the full details.
